The Norview Neighborhood is located in the Eastern part of the City of Norfolk, bordered by I-64 on the North, Robin Hood Road on the South, and Military Highway on the East. Many of the homes in the neighborhood are from the 1940s and 1950s.

The neighborhood public schools are Norview High School, Norview Middle School and Norview Elementary School.
